Lovely restaurant with beautiful scenery of the pool and beach, both refreshing to swim in. Yummy tasty delicious food, with excellent friendly welcoming staff. They sang happy birthday to my niece it was so cool and a heartwarming experience. Followup with entertainment island dancing and fire dance, interactive engaging we all danced and had fun. Thank you all for a lovely experience during our last night in fiji celebrating nieces birthday. Vinaka Vakalevu.

Nuku is the only restaurant & bar at Hilton that opens from early morning to late night. It’s surrounded by the magnificent pool and beach views of Denarau Fiji. Choice of 3 dining atmosphere experience: inside restaurant, on the deck overlooking Denarau beach or poolside. For buffet breakfast if included in your stay contains a good selection of food plus section for Fijian food. For coffee you can get a free barista coffee if you’re a Hilton diamond member or coffee from the drinks section. My honest opinion the coffee isn’t great, it’s watery and milky. The menu for lunch and dinner is pretty good though and we enjoyed poolside lunch as well as dining on the deck at night and watching the sunset, sipping on cocktails and enjoying live music. My recommendation for lunch would be pizza’s and salads. Dinner seafood platter, pork ribs and salad. Cocktails are great too, but if you have a free voucher they tend to put less alcohol which taste more like a mocktail. Service is excellent and all staff members are friendly to everyone and they love especially kids. One thing to mention about kava time on Saturday and Tuesday nights, for hygiene if you’re not comfortable sharing a cup with others I do not recommend trying it because after all there is still Covid around the world, just be safe. Also on these two nights they have a Fijian dance which is worth watching. The two most common words you need to familiarise in Fiji are ‘Bula’ meaning hello and ‘Vinaka’ meaning thank you. Enjoy your stay!

Lovely location on coastline, gentle breeze can kiss you as you enjoy your breakfast. Enjoy the calmness in the morning, enjoy ocean waves and windy breezes for lunch, and an amazing sunset for dinner

We had buffet breakfast included with our accommodation. The choice was fantastic. The usual bacon and eggs, omelette made with ingredients you choose, cold meats cheese and bread and Italian foods such as bolognese. The staff are happy and friendly. We also had snacks and cocktails there one evening. The servings were generous for the price. If you don’t want to leave the resort it’s a great option.

By far this was the highlight of our trip. From the amazing daily buffet breakfast, which has so many options it was astounding. To the outstanding staff. On our first morning for breakfast we were given a tour of what was what etc. The views are to die for and the atmosphere was relaxed and a nice way to start the day. We dined here a couple of nights and again impeccable service and the food was lovely and not overpriced. This is a real gem, worth dinning at even you are not staying at the Hilton.

Breakfast buffet was the best. Fresh fruits were in season- pineapple (best ever), papaya, passion fruit, coconut, soursop, guava. Fresh eggs and omelettes cooked to order. The chefs were able to accommodate our extra crispy bacon upon request. David Christopher and Percy were our favorites staff members who were so sincere with big smiles, genuinely represent Fijians super friendly hospitality five stars. @Nuku - your people are your greatest assets. Kudos and bravo to David Christopher and Percy. They set the standard on warm hospitality. They deserve it all. We enjoyed dinner with live music and shows.

Nuku Restaurant and Bar truly stole the spotlight during our one-week vacation at the Hilton Beach Resort in Denarau, Fiji. The ambiance, the lively atmosphere, and the memorable moments were all found here. Here are a few key points: The breakfast buffet is a must-try, although the service could use some improvement. The prices are on the higher side, but the drinks are undeniably delicious. The food for both dinner and lunch was outstanding, and the buffet choices were a highlight. All in all, our trip was made exceptional thanks to Nuku Restaurant. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the live music was a bonus. The only thing I wished for was more entertainment options.
